The Emissary Publication Catalog is published under the authority granted us as natural individuals by the Almighty God who gave us the unalienable rights to read think, and speak, which further grants the authority to write, publish, and disseminate any and all knowledge. These rights are only recognized, not granted, by the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution FOR the united States of America, to include the Bill of Rights, and the Oregon State Constitution.

Emissary Publications was founded in 1975 by a small group of concerned individuals who want to play a part in the battle to regain control of our nation from the clutches of those who would enslave us.

Emissary Publications and Midnight Messenger are not affiliated with any groups, organizations, or religious denominations.

The books, tapes and other items listed in this catalog are there because we believe they contain information of interest to our readers.
