In the last issue of Midnight Messenger we discussed the background of the Continuing World Revolution. We documented the fact that most of the monumental political changes that have taken place on the world scene in recent times have been inspired by the Satanic lie that man can "do his own thing" without any adverse consequences. And the belief that collective man is perfectly capable of creating his own Utopian "New World Order" or "World Community," without any "interference" from his Creator.
We emphasized the roles played in that revolution over the last 100 years by Socialism and Communism. The plot calls for the destruction of western civilization and the establishment of a One World Government. Under other utopian labels, likeminded groups are working towards the same goal.
Clearly, a state of war has long existed. The weapons being used in this war are not confined to bombs, guns, rockets, aircraft, etc. The worldwide war -- financed by the international bankers and multinational corporations -- is presently being waged through the use of such weapons as education, diplomacy, environmentalism, religion, finance, trade, and semantics. "Hot wars" are only used when needed.
The globalists have a clear agenda. They are dedicated, and unrelenting. Their every action is strategically aimed at the accomplishment of that agenda -- the establishment of an alleged Utopian society embracing all nations.
Though unrecognized by all but a relative few "illuminated ones" at the top, their dedication is religious in nature. They serve Satan (or Lucifer), the "god of this world who has blinded the[ir] eyes" (II Corinthians 4:4). Being deluded by the one who appears "as an angel of light" (II Corinthians 11:14), they have unwittingly swallowed the Satanic lie that they can be "as gods" (Genesis 2:5).
Many extremely bright people have been suckered into believing this greatest of all lies. But how could that occur? How, for example, could a university student of above intelligence -- particularly in the United States -- fall for such a diabolical deception, such a damnable lie? Writing more than 40 years ago, Dr. Fred Schwarz provided the answer. Having accepted the theory of evolution, the "young man ... sits at the mount of learning and watches the progress of the animal species from the jungles via savagery and barbarism to civilization. He watches the productive forces as they operate on the human species dividing it into nations and classes, creating cultures, civilizations, moral codes, educational and political institutions and religious faith. He sits above it all, and beyond it all. He is lost in lonely isolation. Life is devoid of meaning, purpose, and objective. Yet he is a young man with all the idealism and emotional urgency of youth. Where can he find fulfillment? ...
"Suddenly he hears a whisper on the breeze that history in the goodness of its heart is calling unto itself a few of its finest and its best -- superior intellects, courageous characters with an insight into its mind and its purpose, and a knowledge of historic law and historic will; that it is uniting them into its finest organization and giving them the destiny of conquering the world and regenerating mankind. It comes as a vision of glory. It sets a song singing in his heart. It puts stars before his eyes. It leads him forward to live and, if necessary, to die [for the] cause. In it he finds a religious refuge for his godless and unbelieving heart" (You Can Trust the Communists [to be Communists], Prentice-Hall, 1960, pp.34-35).
How many people in leading positions in American life today (politics, finance, education, media, etc.) have fallen hook, line, and sinker for this intoxicating satanic lie, this ultimate distortion of basic reality? How many consider themselves to have "superior intellects" and to be America's "finest and best"? How many consider themselves "destined to conquer the world and regenerate mankind"? Judging from the statements and actions of literally thousands in varying positions of authority in the above areas, their number must be in the hundreds of thousands. These people look with contempt on those they deem "unenlightened" -- people who haven't seen the "vision". As "gods", they contemptuously dismiss all who hold contrary views. They hold these dumb "peasants" in scorn. They believe them to be -- in the words of Bill Clinton's mentor, the late Dr. Carroll Quigley of Georgetown University - "petty bourgeoisie" [a Marxist term] who are "very insecure, envious, filled with hatred...." Such people are "unbelievably ignorant and misinformed" (Tragedy and Hope, pp. 1243,1247). These poor creatures represent a human "tragedy". The "enlightened one" represent the only "hope" for the world!
One such "superior intellect" is possessed by Zbigniew Brzezinski, a university professor. "Zbig Brother," an ardent Marxist, fronted for David Rockefeller in the 1974 creation of the Trilateral Commission. Two years later, when Trilateralist Jimmy Carter was elected president, Brzezinski became a cabinet member. In his book, Between Two Ages (Viking Press, New York, 1970), Brzezinski claims that mankind has been moving through great stages of evolution. He believes we are now in the final stages -- a time when a "new fabric of international relations" (New World Order) is emerging. The first stage, Brzezinski asserts, revolved around religion. This provided for the "acceptance of the idea that man's destiny is essentially in God's hands". This "primitive" concept demonstrates "a narrowness derived from massive ignorance, illiteracy and a vision confined to the immediate environment".
The second stage, he claims, was nationalism. This "marked another giant step in the progressive redefinition of man's nature and place in the world". The third step was Marxism which "represents a further and vital creative stage in the maturing of man's universal vision". Marxism, he claims, is "simultaneously a victory of the external, creative man over the inner passive man and a victory of reason over belief".
Those who accept these basic premises are then assured by Brzezinski that the final stage in man's evolutionary journey is the Technetronic Era -- or the "ideal of rational humanism on an international scale". Let's pause to define our terms: What is humanism? Basically, it is the belief that man -- being the highest form of life -- is his own god. In the last century, an early humanist arrogantly proclaimed that the "turning point in history will be the moment man becomes aware that the only god of man is man himself" (Henri de Lubec, Atheistic Humanist, p.10). Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary, 1980, defines humanism as "the tenet denying the divinity of Christ ... the doctrine that man's obligations are limited to, and dependent alone upon, man and human relations. The doctrine that man's nature is perfectible through his own efforts, without divine grace". This, we are assured, is "rational", or in agreement with reason.
It is an article of their baseless faith that man is his own god. And that collective man, the State (and ultimately the World State, or New World Order) is supreme god. This basic humanist concept permeates virtually every facet of American life today. It influences practically every decision made by government -- federal, state, and local. For the overwhelming majority of the general public, it's a built-in part of their reasoning processes. In fact, Mike McCurry -- when press secretary for President Clinton -- went so far as to describe biblical concepts as "misguided, backward, irrational idea[s]" that are totally out of place in modern society.
When our leaders deny God, they simultaneously deny every virtue and every value which originates with God. There are no moral absolutes, no right and wrong. The ten Commandments and the Sermon on the Mount are invalid.
Upon reflection, it is easy to see how "rational" and attractive such an ultimately twisted and diabolical philosophy appears to unregenerate man. On the surface at least, it appears to free him from feelings of guilt. Playing god feels good. By creating an illusion of importance and invulnerability, it camouflages his natural feelings of emptiness. It appeals to his ego, his innate desire to be "needed". It appears to place him above the common herd. It appears, initially, to provide a purposeful "answer" to his need for "self-worth". But that, too, is an illusion. It's strictly temporary. When reality finally begins to dawn -- and his foolish fantasy world is shattered -- the end is worse than the beginning. As an honest recognition of that ego-shattering fact is impossible for most people to acknowledge publicly, it creates the ultimate identity crisis. In a desperate effort to escape the true reality of their condition, such people frequently redouble their efforts to make their fantasies work. When this fails, they frequently succumb to the almost irresistible urge to attack anyone who might have the audacity to suggest that they and their "illuminated" cohorts are, in fact, wretched, miserable, blind, naked, and spiritually bankrupt. They also resolutely refuse to discuss in an open forum their alleged beliefs and convictions, as this would further expose their spiritually destitute condition. Instead of coming clean, they hide behind a multitude of word games and deceitful tactics. Every escape mechanism they employ is just another form of artificial respiration, another desperate attempt to protect their egos and sustain a doomed belief system.
As wise old King Solomon wrote nearly 3000 years ago, "There is a way that seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death" (Proverbs 16:25).
Such beliefs didn't just spring up overnight on the national scene. Their seeds were sown many years ago. They were carefully nurtured and cultivated by the humanists.
In 1946, Dr. G. Brock Chisholm -- who later became head of the World Federation of Mental Health -- wrote: "The pretense is made that to do away with right and wrong would produce uncivilized people, immorality, lawlessness, and social chaos. The fact is that most psychiatrists and psychologists and other respected persons [the 'enlightened' ones!] have escaped from moral chains and are able to think freely".
Referring to "psychological distortions" found in all past civilizations, Chisholm pontificated: "The only psychological force capable of producing these perversions is morality -- the concept of right and wrong. The re-interpretation and eventual eradication of the concept of right and wrong are the belated objectives of nearly all psychotherapy.
"If the race is to be freed from the crippling burden of good and evil, it must be psychiatrists who take the original responsibility" (Psychiatry, February, 1946).
In 1970, a highly respected "educator", Paul Brandwein reasoned along the same lines: "Any child who believes in God [the one who ultimately decrees what is good and evil] is mentally ill".
As we have just shown, the goal is to erode and then eliminate from the human heart any concept of right and wrong. The plan is to "bury the rotting corpse of Christianity" (John Dunphy, Humanist magazine), unite all nations, and mold the resultant homogenized mass of amoral, dumbed-down, malleable, politically correct "human resources" into a mindless unit totally subservient to the dictates of the new "god" -- the World State (or New World Order). As this writer's eight-year-old granddaughter might say, "Neat, huh?"
Reasoning from the premises established by the "rational humanists", such a plan is brilliant. One could even say it's ingenious. It is the "obvious" answer to all man's problems. The reasoning is flawless. The logic is perfectly sound. The procedures followed cannot be faulted. And, above all, the ultimate goal finally appears to be within reach. It is therefore only "rational" to assume that mankind will soon be basking in a Utopia of his own devising. Right? Wrong!
Wrong? Impossible! If the plan, reasoning, logic, and procedure are virtually flawless, how could it possibly be wrong? Simple! The assumed and unproven premises from which they reason (that there is no God, and that man is "perfectible" through his own efforts) are not only flawed, they are at total variance with reality.
Their false premises are articles of their religious faith. They don't have to be explained. They just ARE! Regardless of all evidence to the contrary, they are embraced with such unquestioning dedication that they put many Christians to shame.
The religious faith of the humanist is, of course, diametrically opposed to the faith of Bible-believing Christians. In one sense, their faith is much deeper and far in excess of that exhibited by Christians. The religious faith of the humanists is truly awesome. It is based, not on facts and verifiable evidence but exclusively on wishful thinking and nebulous "feelings".
Biblical Christianity is based immovably on rational, scientific fact: Creation must have a Creator. Life must have a Lifegiver. Design must have a Designer. Law must have a Lawgiver. And all the above must be sustained by a Sustainer. All these truths are scientific, logical, and in full accord with all the laws known to man. Logic 101! Only "the fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God'" (Psalms 14:1).
As your Bible states, mankind has "clearly seen" and "understood" all these facts since the time of creation -- "for God showed it to them". By rejecting the truth and by "professing themselves to be wise [through wickedly devising such diabolical concepts as evolution, rational humanism, etc.], they became fools" (Romans 1:19,20,22). Who but fools would swallow the Satanic Lie and believe they can be "as god"?
By embracing the dogma that man is "perfectible" through his own efforts, the "enlightened ones" are going against all the lessons written in human history. More importantly, their "perfectibility" dogma clearly contradicts the true condition of man as revealed by the Creator in his word: "The heart of man is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?" (Jeremiah 17:9). Also, "The carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be" (Romans 8:7).
The human heart and mind are so depraved that only divine intervention and the shed blood of Jesus Christ can redeem them. It is only through the New Covenant -- sealed with the blood of Jesus Christ -- that man is redeemed (Hebrews 8:8,13; 12:24). And it is only through the life of the risen Jesus Christ that anyone is saved (Romans 5:10). Under the New Covenant, God puts his law in our inward parts and writes it in our hearts. It is through the New Covenant that our iniquities are forgiven and our sins are remembered no more (Jeremiah 31:31-34).
Left to his own puny devices, man is non-rehabilitatable. No amount of psychobabble -- "political correctness", "social engineering", "avoidance behavior", wishful thinking, or other types of Satanically-inspired artificial respiration -- can end in anything but failure. Truly, the father of lies, "that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world" (Revelation 12:9) has pulled off a massive con job. The poor fools who pride themselves on their wisdom and enlightenment, and their perceived godlike ability to create a Utopian World Community, have fallen for the big lie. They are wise in their own conceit. Being unwilling to recognize their own human frailties -- and motivated by jealousy, vanity, lust, and greed -- they have succumbed to the lure of the hissing serpent, "You can be as god".
Of course, in the final analysis the whole problem is spiritual in nature. God vs. Satan. Which God are we -- personally and individually -- going to worship and serve? Is it going to be the "god of this world", and all that he stands for? Or is it going to be the only one true, living God -- the Creator God of the Bible?
"How long halt ye between two opinions? If the Lord be God, follow him; but if Baal [Satan, be your god], then follow him" (I Kings 18:21).
The political success of the Illuminati-inspired World Revolution is seen in the light of a prediction made by Lenin (1870-1924) five years after the Bolsheviks (Communists) seized Russia in 1917: "First, we will take Eastern Europe, then the masses of Asia, then we will encircle the United States which will be the last bastion of capitalism. We will not have to attack. It will fall like an overripe fruit into our hands".
In the last issue of Midnight Messenger we traced the advances made by the World Revolution during the twentieth century. We also saw the major role played by the Establishment media in hiding from the American people the truth about what was going on.
We documented the unprecedented "aid and comfort" given to the Communist movement by every American administration since 1933. We saw how successive democratic administrations were instrumental in fulfilling the first three of Lenin's predictions. All three were literally "made in the USA".
Since World War II, Socialism and Communism (the main tools of the World Revolution) have made massive strides around the globe. Virtually all the leading nations of the world -- including the United States, Britain, Canada etc. -- are currently run by Socialists. Despite the ballyhoo over "glasnost" and "perestroika", nothing has essentially changed in the "former" Communist countries. They were never meant to! The leaders of the Western socialist "democracies" continue their aid to and trade with their ideological comrades. In Europe, any "threat" from the political Right -- such as Austria's Freedom Party, which stands for traditional values -- is met with a deafening chorus of ridicule from the globalists. All those who don't toe the collectivist line are immediately condemned as neonazis, extremists, fanatics, or insane. They are not tolerated.
The same pattern continues to unfold in the Western Hemisphere. Cuba was handed over to the communists in 1959. Canada has, in recent decades, become a bastion of socialism. Former prime minister Pierre Trudeau, a Marxist, is presently working for his ideological masters in Moscow. The Panama Canal is now under Chinese Communist control. Colombia and Venezuela, the northernmost nations of South America, are socialist -- as are Chile and Paraguay to the south.
Not only is the United States "encircled" as Lenin predicted, but our own capital, Washington, DC, is firmly in the hands of those who wish to surrender our national sovereignty and merge our nation into the global plantation.
Finally, will America -- as Lenin further predicted -- "fall like an overripe fruit into [the] hands" of our would-be slave masters?
In 1920, Winston Churchill predicted that if the Illuminati conspiracy wasn't soon checked, "another system of morals, as malevolent as Christianity was benevolent ... would shatter irretrievably all that Christianity has rendered possible".
Is such a thing possible?
Almost 130 years ago, Albert Pike (1809-1891), a leading Illuminist, predicted such an eventuality. Pike, Supreme Grand Commander of Scottish Rite Masonry, also told us to "doubt ... not" that Lucifer was his God (Morals and Dogma, p. 321).
In a remarkable letter dated August 15, 1871, Albert Pike -- who was in charge of the theosophical side of the Illuminati conspiracy -- wrote to his political counterpart, Giuseppe Mazzini (1805-72): "[W]e will unleash the Nihilists and Atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horrors will show clearly to the nations the affect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate these destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass (direction], anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the pure light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out into the public view, a manifestation which will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time".
Barbara Marx Hubbard, a leading shareholder in Toys R Us, is a former director of the Federal Union, founded by Fabian Socialist Rhodes Scholar Clarence Streit. She also helped organize the 1988 Soviet-American Citizens' Summit in Alexandria, Virginia. In The Book of Co-Creation, the multi-millionairess predicted a bloodbath in the establishment of their Luciferian Utopia: "Out of the full spectrum of human personality, one-fourth is electing to transcend. One-fourth is destructive [and] they are defective seeds. In the past they were permitted to die a 'natural death' .... Now as we approach the quantum shift from the creature-human to the co-creative human -- a human who is an inheritor of god-like powers -- the destructive one-fourth must be eliminated from the social body. Fortunately, you are not responsible for this act. We are. We are in charge of God's selection process for planet Earth. He selects, we destroy. We are the riders of the pale horse. Death".
This, presumably, would usher in a "peaceful" Luciferian World Community. In this case, of course, "peace" would mean the total absence of opposition to "the father of lies". Not exactly a pretty picture!
GOD HOLDS THEM IN DERISION
Your Bible reveals that Satan rules the kingdoms of this world through a hierarchial system. "[W]e wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness [or wicked spirits] in high places".
It's a spiritual battle, not one fought with physical weapons. Our armor is also spiritual, not physical (Ephesians 6:12,13-18).
Will Lucifer, "the light bearer of darkness", his demons, and their spiritually deluded human followers succeed in working their wicked will on Planet Earth? The answer is a resounding, NO!
Frankly, the Creator God is quite amused by their diabolical antics and their vain ambitions. He asks: "Why do the heathen [the world at large] rage and the people imagine a vain thing?
"The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his anointed [Christ], saying: 'Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us'.
"He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh; the Lord shall have them in derision.
"Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure...." (Psalm 2:1-5).
That task is not ours. It belongs to God. He will take care of the Luciferian New World Order in his own way and in his own time (Revelation 18:14-15).
And Christians? What are they to do? "Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues" (Revelation 18:4).
